This course provides a profound study on the subject of muscle growth and body building. Covering in-depth techniques on training, reps, sets, rest/duration and nutrition.
If you are a compete novice or experienced weight lifter and would like to build muscle the correct way in the fastest way possible, then this course will teach you it all.
Common and conventional training is fundamentally incorrect and must be ignored. This includes unnecessary long recovery periods and overloaded heavy weights.
It is not tremendous heavy weight – going to failure that builds muscle fibre, but much lighter weight, without the ego or gym/peer pressure – control, tempo, negatives, strict form, time under pressure, correct amount of reps and most importantly progressive and increasing load. Working with specific amounts of lower weight, over a pre determined period/cycle and building up in poundage each workout. Never working with the same weight each workout session but increasing the weight more frequently at least 3 times per week. This can only be done if you start lifting at a much lower weight and work up after a period of ‘lay off’.
This course teaches you precisely how to train yourself with current and up to date scientifically proven methods on how to produce muscle growth by the week – naturally without the use of drugs/steroids.

Method of Learning:
This is a home study, distance learning course. All of your course study materials are posted to you in one complete study package. All of your coursework is to be completed within the outlined period. This course is structured in an EASY LEARNING and user friendly way.
Upon completion of this home learning programme, students should be able to understand the basics of many key areas within this subject. Participants of the course will have acquired an overall basic understanding of the subject matter and will have achieved a sound basis to summarize important topics and be reasonably competent to make further progress and educational development in this field with a range of theoretical skills and insights to assist with any short or long term goals.
This course is assessed upon the successful completion and submission of coursework with a Pass, Merit or Distinction. Distinction is 90%.
