Course Description

Vitamin Studies Diploma Course

Taking additional vitamin supplements carry risks of side effects.

Ingesting more vitamins than the human body actually needs can lead to side-effects.

Taking too many multivitamins with iron in them can cause vomiting and nausea feelings. Too much iron can damage the liver and other related internal organs.

Too much vitamin A can cause headaches and problems with the liver including birth defects to name just some side effects.

Excessive multivitamin use is certainly harmful it can lead to a negative build-up storage in the body.

There is good and bad in taking vitamin supplements.

People have sickness and may be recommended additional vitamin supplements by their doctor and then there are people who have simple vitamin deficiencies because of their choice of daily foods, poor diet and living off processed junk foods of the supermarket shelves.

It is this type of diet which may require supplements.

Healthy people who eat nutritionally dense high-quality food do not need supplements.

Most professional athletes at the top of their game do not take vitamins as all the quality food they ate provides all the vitamins they need and it is often said by professional athletes that multivitamins offset the body’s balance for fit and healthy people who eat right.

For some people, taking vitamin supplements are bad and for others can be helpful.

The most recommended vitamins supplements are vitamin D and zinc.

This course will set the record straight and show you what is and what isn’t required.
