This Psychology of Bullying Course looks at the mindset and behaviour of the person who engages in bullying. It explores why some individuals repeatedly target others through intimidation, humiliation, fear creating or control.

This course explains how bullying is often linked to deep insecurity within the bully, inadequacy, low self-esteem, fear and the need to feel powerful or dominant over someone else by reducing them to a state of powerlessness and fear.
