Course Description

Naturopathy Diploma Awarded Course

Naturopathy is a total healthcare system that works on the body’s own internal self-healing mechanisms.

The basis of Naturopathy centers on stress management, healthy focused diet, fresh clear drinking water, regular sunlight and mild or moderate exercise. All in life that is good and healthy.

Naturopathy believes within the right circumstances and conditions the human body has the in-built ability to heal itself especially if prompted to do so.

Naturopathy looks at the sick person has a whole, which includes mind body and spirit and how they are eating, feeling, working and living their life. Looks at all that is bad and that which can be improved upon.

Naturopathy aims to recognise and work at the root cause of mental or physical symptoms.

Treatment often involves a gentle and non-invasive intervention involving more exposure to natural daylight, massage, specific changes to diet and food choices, hydrotherapy, flower and herb essences or homoeopathy and deep relaxation techniques, visualisation and daily mindfulness and meditation.

Naturopathy finds and treats the root cause of the symptom wherever possible and creates a treatment plan to improve daily life.

Naturopathy uses sound scientific evidence as well as alternative and traditional approaches.
