Course Description

German Shepherd Training Diploma Course

German Shepherd Training & Care

This course in German shepherd training offers many aspects of canine training which includes hand signals, verbal commands in house training obedience.

Teaches how to carry out the basic commands such as walking on a lead, stay, leave, sit, down and come.

Positive reinforcement and gentle kind reward based approaches to make the highly intelligent German Shepherd a more focused calmer dog.

Arguably the German Shepherd is one of the most intelligent dogs in the world and very quick learners which make them easier to train than most dogs.

However, the German Shepherd holds a mass of energy that needs to be discharged daily and there’s nothing worse than untrained GS where they will just eat your house through biting everything in sight especially when they are puppies.

A German Shepherd needs correct training and direction. It’s often said that German shepherds are not pets and they are more guard dogs and protectors of property.

A German shepherd can make an ideal and loved pet that’s great to be around children providing it receives the correct house training.

Without training a GS they can be more chaotic and unruly than other breeds often called Loopy because of their size, strength and energy capacity.

A correct and obedient well-trained GS is a beautiful and loyal dog.

This course is open to anyone from beginner to professional or just dog lovers wanting to know more about the German shepherd and on how best to train and care for them.

This course is ideally suited to professional dog handlers and trainers in related fields.
