Ayurveda or Ayurvedic theory specifically states that everything throughout the universe (all things) seen and unseen, living or not is completely interconnected. Everything is one.

It is stated in Ayurvedic theory that correct health is achieved when the human mind, body and spirit are in balance or harmonious with the universe. Any interruption in this harmony may lead to disease and poor health.
