There are several root causes for excessive hunger and the accompanying binge eating ranging from your psychology, your subconscious mind, mental health issues, medication usage and mostly through the consumption of ultra processed foods etc.

You don’t need to be an academic, nutritional expert, doctor or scientist to know this fact that, stokes, heart attacks, blocked arteries, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity and other serious blood and health disorders are caused by ultra processed industrial and commercial fake foods that mimic real foods that you have been shovelling into your bloodstream for decades on a daily basis – morning, afternoon, evening, late evening and night and in between as well, are causing people untold damage and sickness in the long term.

Of course, these health conditions can be caused by other things but mainly by bad foods.

There are many arguments about what we should and should not be eating for better health.

Everybody has an opinion on which diet or food is the best for us to eat.

Literally everybody has become an authority or expert on this subject and each believes they are right including me!

The internet is filled with vast ideas and beliefs that contradict each other.

The number of opinions and beliefs online is astronomical around food.

Those on a carnivore diet swear carbohydrate plant-based foods will harm you, those who eat fruit and veg only, swear meat will make your body a toxic and polluted grave yard for dead animals.

Those on a ketogenic diet swear eating sugar and carbs will damage you and those who eat direct processed foody sugar and carbs say you need sugar in your diet daily.

Those on a high ultra processed junk food diet say apparent healthy fruit and its fructose is worse than sugar cane lased foods and all the rest of you are fussing too much, so the arguments continue.

Time will tell for each type of food choice and diet.

The commercial food industries within the UK and across the world is worth billions of pounds.

Living on a diet of only processed foods, otherwise known as commercial and industrial ultra processed food may be okay in the short term for some but to live on this food long-term will make you ill.

Consider this to be good advice!

If a person, any person like me, lives on a wholesome unprocessed food diet such as real natural wholesome food that comes off a tree or comes out of the ground or from an animal and preferably grass-fed animal will not cause any problems to blood sugar levels and will not cause blood sugar spikes.

Many people fear carbohydrates unnecessarily in the belief that they will put on weight.

Healthy and natural wholesome carbohydrates taken from the ground or from a tree will not spike your blood sugar levels and will not cause weight problems if you eat healthily.

Unnatural, fake unnatural food will cause weight gain problems instantly.

If you’re eating clean foods such as fruit and some vegetables, but not all vegetables, and or meat, protein and good fats then all this food you put in your mouth is pure, natural and wholesome food, then your system will settle and you will not have any cravings or urges or food compulsions for high stimulation to the tongue.

If you eat just a little bit of commercial and industrial ultra-processed food, just a little bit of it – off the back of eating wholesome healthy food over a period of time, then immediately your blood sugar levels will spike and both insulin and glucose will move to a new level of activity which will then excessively keep triggering off hunger until you stop eating those high processed foods and what it does to your system.

Both insulin and glucose activity trigger a signal which is sent to the hippocampus in the brain which sends out a chemical to say that you are hungry when you aren’t.

Going from a eating non-processed, healthy wholesome food state directly to immediately introducing even just a small bit of commercial industrial ultra processed food into your diet will send your blood sugar levels soaring and immediately will start triggering off excessive hunger pangs doubling or tripling your normal hunger.

The problem for many people who live on a diet of ultra processed food is to come off it – like a drug.

Don’t let anyone tell you with a condescending dismissal that it is not like a drug. It is like coming off a drug and if you don’t believe that take a look at the eating habits and weight issue of the world.

Food addiction is very real.

To give you an example, if you live on natural wholesome food and you have never eaten processed food then that food will be fulfilling and stimulating to your senses immediately.

The moment you introduce FAKE food such as salad cream, tomato ketchup, flavorings and additives, spices and heat with hundreds of ingredients in that food to keep it alive and from going off, or going mouldy on shop shelves, your brain will keep chasing after those pleasure centers that, THAT food just activated and this will happen straight away the moment you start eating any to ultra processed food.

To come off that food and return back to healthy wholesome food which you had previously lived, on is very difficult and near impossible for many people.

Returning to the wholesome healthy natural food NOW takes on a new level which is a lowering of satisfaction, a lowering of stimulation and a lowering of satisfaction that can’t be met by the natural healthy food due to all the highly stimulating and tasty food that the processed ingredients gave you.

In other words, your blood sugar levels and insulin activity are now operating on a new over stimulated and over sensitive level and your pleasure centers are triggered and your brain will chase after more of it by sending out singles that you are very hungry over and over until you settle back down.

And that will be for an adjustment period that most people will not suffer or tolerate and will cave in.

Coming off processed food is like coming off some sort of mild drug, and then the wholesome food becomes instantly bland and dull and your mind (psychology) and brain will trigger off thoughts feelings and emotions to chase back after those pleasure centers – YES it will. Guaranteed!

This is why – on another level altogether, commercial industrial processed food is addictive because it put your blood sugar levels and insulin activity on a new operating level.

Just look at the state people are getting themselves into with weight issues, physical symptoms and disorders including diabetes and organ, blood problems.

All processed food will damage you in the long term at every level of the body down to the cellular level.

All ultra processed food is not food, it’s fake food mimicking real food and the effect it offers.

It is tricking the brain into believing it’s real food.

For example, preserve otherwise known as strawberry jam has got multiple ingredients in it to make it work, to stop it going off on the supermarket shelf and to keep it alive and long-lasting.

These ingredients should not be in your bloodstream and will cause untold damage in time – and no one can prove it.

The food industry will reassuringly tell you it’s all tried and tested and safe to consume which is not.

Again, just look at the state people are in all round the world because of ultra-processed food consumption or ultra-processed food addiction which is very real.

Once you come off ultra processed food and go back to healthy wholesome food you will have a fight on your hands until your body and mind settles down to the less stimulating, dull, boring or bland wholesome food.

Because the brain is constantly chasing after higher brain pleasure centers once they have been activated.

If you eat only wholesome pure real food these centers aren’t stimulated therefore, they don’t keep sending out signals in the form of an impulses, urges, compulsions or craving to go and obtain that food which stimulates the system so much and then as a consequence starts the whole craving process off-again.

And it is these type of fat sugars and carbohydrates and all the laboratory produced ingredients you must avoid like the plague.

Look at the physical and mental condition of people who live on fruit or vegetables, macrobiotics who exercise and/or practice yoga.

Look how healthy these people are into old age compared to people who live on ultra-processed commercial industrial food.

Once you return or go to wholesome natural food which comes from the ground or from a tree then all cravings will stop.

For some people they will never be able to stop this, because the addiction and dependency on the pleasure and stimulation of this type of food is too strong to break.

Once you return to healthy wholesome food, irrespective of what choice of food it is, as long as it healthy and wholesome, the body will settle down and stop craving and in turn your weight will return to a normal level.

So, you see all the conflicts in you to lose weight is because you are eating ultra processed food.

This food can be as simple has some biscuits, cakes and bread and ready-made meals bought off the supermarket shelf.

As a rule of thumb, you can eat anything you want, fish or meat, vegetables and fruit and all cravings will reduce or cease.

And again, you only need the slightest bit of ultra-processed food to re-enter your bloodstream, just a little bit to set off the whole process again.

And once it starts it will keep prompting you, to eat again and again and again.

Another example of ultra processed fake food that you should avoid is these 90 calorie bars of chocolate which will play havoc on your blood sugar levels simply because of all the nasty ingredients in them and it’s NOT the carbs of sugar that is doing it.

Remember this, you don’t need food ingredients such as sugar and carbohydrates to spike blood sugar levels because when you eat wholesome natural food from the ground or from a tree, you don’t get blood sugar level spikes when you eat wholesome carbohydrates or fruit/fructose type sugars.

Have you ever seen anyone put on weight who lives on fruit?

People are mistaking carbohydrates and sugars has been the cause of spiking their blood sugar levels and making them hungry when in fact it’s all be ingredients that comes with the ultra-processed food that is doing it combined.

Those that live on a wholesome tried and tested experience educated diet know this.

Ultra-processed foods trigger huge insulin and glucose spikes which triggers off the hunger signal in the hippocampus which in turn sends out a signal to say you are hungry and this regular repeating action leads to diabetes, obesity, diseases, hypertension, high blood pressure and many other negative health conditions.

So many health conditions can be cleared up or avoided by going on a healthy wholesome diet of pure clean food. You can eat anything you want and stay slim providing its pure clean food.

You’ve tried every other diet and heard everyone’s advice and nothing has worked for you – right?

You’ve not heard this before, have you? Your doctor cannot prove this to you, you have to do this yourself.

All you have to do is switch on your clever logical commonsense head and wake up. The answer is just eat pure wholesome food that comes from the ground and from a tree or animal.

Healthy carbs, fats, sugars and protein from natural sources not mixed with poison. And after a couple weeks the system will settle down and adjust to it. Weight problems will take care of themselves.
