Course Description

Sugar will literally kill you and it is doing so to millions of people around the world on a grand scale.

Unbeknown to many people, sugar is a deadly and destructive substance and should be called death in a bowl. It causes untold damage to the body and affects every single cell within your system and that includes all your internal organs.

Sugar beet or sugarcane contained within every day processed foods should not be travelling around your bloodstream. Your body has to go to great lengths to remove it as it is a waste product as far as the bloodshed is concerned.

The only benefits of sugar is it will give you energy for short periods of time and it can also satisfy hunger and cravings which were actually promoted by the previous intake of sugar which you had consumed, crashed over and are now chasing after again for the next fix.

There is now plenty of evidence that sugar, no matter how you eat it and in whatever form it comes in is damaging the body and all the internal organs which over a lifetime in high doses will cause serious health complications such as diabetes, stroke and heart attack and even links to glaucoma, in other words blindness, especially combined with a diet which is rich in salt and animal fats which should also not be in the bloodstream.

There are a lot of people who drink an average of 15 cups of tea and coffee a day with an average of three spoons of sugar within each cup which equals around 45 spoons of sugar a day, seven days a week. This is a dangerous amount of sugar without any real warnings as the whole food industry relies on sugar to make food more palatable.

If you are a sugar eater then it will be very difficult to eat food without it because our bodies are addicted to it.

Someone who has eaten sugar all of their life will not know what it is like to have a sugar free diet, but once sugar is removed from the bloodstream you will see that all your hungers were exaggerated and accelerated more than they will be without sugar in your diet. This is actually well known from the point of view of many non-sugar eaters.

Once sugar has been removed from the diet you will just have naturally occurring slow hungers and be very mild as opposed to being overcome with extreme hungers and cravings which drove you to delicious flavoursome and sugary foods.

You cannot know this as a sugar eater because you don’t have the contrast to compare with what it is like before and after as you have probably eaten sugar in many different forms since you were a baby.

It is in my opinion the dominant factor as to the causes of many diseases and illnesses throughout the world not to mention the storing of fat in fat cells and the creating of new fat cells to store the fat sugar turns to along with the production of insulin which also produces more fat and acts two fold.

Drinking a can of cola or fizzy orange contains 7 to 10 spoons of sugar and is unnatural and unacceptable.

Eating sugar in any form messes about with your hunger triggers. If you eat a high sugary meal of 1,000 plus calories, your body will demand that level of calorie intake later on in that day when you go for your next meal and this will set off a chain reaction of needs and cravings due to your sugar crashes which is the body’s way of cleaning out your blood stream of that sugar.

Sugar beet and sugarcane is a deadly, nasty and dangerous substance irrespective of whether you believe it or not. Other forms of sugar however such as Maple syrup or any form of naturally occurring honey is not dangerous and very healthy and is also welcome by the body, however these will mess around with your hunger triggers and cause sugar crashes but they won’t damage you like sugar cane will. If you are going to eat sugar then maple syrup or honey is ideal and safe.

Estimates for yearly sugar intake per person on average exceed 100 pound in weight. That is an insane amount of sugar passing through the body.

In nature we as animals are designed and/or evolved to eat fruit and vegetable, berries etc. But the human has a need to experiment and explore with different flavours to stimulate the senses all the time therefore it is only inevitable that we found a way to concoct and multiply thousands of combinations of foods to satisfy and so on. This is a bad path that we travel and a very difficult one to get off. It can be undone by better understanding and an awareness or vigilance of the consequences of long-term high-end sugar intake usage.

It will be a few decades yet before something is really done about sugar and the damage it is causing, the same as it took to know how dangerous smoking is Once sugar is removed from the bloodstream completely, you will be more settled, calmer, less impulsive and more balanced and you will not eat nearly as much as you used to and when you do actually experience a hunger it will be more natural, more steady and slower to appear.
