A simple strike to the throat or eye can disable the most dominant aggressive attackers in seconds. This course teaches you how to stay safe on the street and look after yourself if the need arises.

This course introduces the absolute beginner to self defence techniques taught by masters in Karate. Although this course is well suited to both males and females of all ages it is however particularly suited to women who feel vulnerable on the streets.

Not only does this course teach the physical-theoretical aspects of self defence but also deals with street psychology, are you a victim by the very way you hold yourself, do you walk on the left or the right side of the road at night, do you walk with you head up or down, what signals are you giving out to the would be attacker, rapist and more commonly the mugger.

Course duration: 3 to 6 months home study.
