A. You are free to contact the Open College anytime by email or telephone on 0121 680 0141. If no one is available to take your call it would help if you would leave any questions you may have on our answer machine and someone will get back to you as soon as they can or at the time that you state. This makes the process efficient as we can be very busy in working hours.

Q. I have rang you several times but cannot get through or can only reach your answer machine?
A. During the week we can be extremely busy receiving hunderds of telephone calls. As we operate mainly over the internet worldwide we attract varied spammers, multiple scammers, telesales, advertisers, lottery scammers, religious scammers, gold bullion scammers-the notorious Nigerian scam, endless phoney charity scams and pleas, porn peddlers, drug/pharmacy sellers and many others trying to push their questionable goods and products onto us and others. This list is endless and amusing. Being an internet based company we are bombarded daily with hundreds of callers UK AND OVERSEAS and with Spam emails which have now resulted in the implementation of our answer machines, anti Spam email/virus software and so forth. We only respond to genuine callers who leave a message pertaining to our courses/products and or students requesting support and advice etc. Normally we can respond to telephone calls within minutes to a few hours. Once 5pm arrives we close sharp. But can still be returning calls late into the evening. If you are unable to leave a message for us to return your call you may be best going to our competitors rather than getting frustrated with how busy we are. We can only sincerely apologise for this. Please understand the very nature and structure of how we work leaves us no choice. If you would like a chat with us please leave your message if no one answers and we will return your call ASAP or at a time that suits you.
