Upon completion of this course (this course has been running for 5 years) you will have a good degree of knowledge in the various Psychotherapy & Counselling Psychology skills needed to assist a client in making changes in their life. This course covers many of the current psychotherapy and counselling psychology theories available.

By the time the student has completed this fascinating and profound study you will have gathered a huge amount of 'life changing' knowledge about yourself.

To know why we are the way we are and more importantly why we do the things that we and others do. All students passing this course will have gained in maturity, self control and grown in self awareness and understanding about the self. A4 size membership wall display certificate into the college. Allowing you the use of MOC after your name.

Upon completion of the course: A 3rd A4 size membership wall display certificate into the Recognised Counselling Charity/Register-Counselling Code of Conduct. Allowing you the use of Counsellor Reg & CCC Member after your name. This counselling membership and registration is currently free subject to an application to them at the end of your counselling course study. Note: They (currently) charge £10 for their yearly membership certificate (at the time of writing).

Please note: Applications are made via the counselling charity website here http://www.counselling.ltd.uk at the end of your course and not through the Open College. All applicants who apply to join the charity are considered individually upon your application to them. The Open College does not guarantee that any applicant will automatically be accepted by the CCC for membership and registration or by any other professional body after undertaking this course.

Once complete you are entitled to use the letters Dip.psyth MOC after your name.
