This Level 3 externally Awarded Human Resources and Psychology Diploma Bundle package provides instruction in the basic skills that are required in Psychology and Human Resources.


Course Description

In the Human Resources Diploma we will be looking at the range of work most usually performed by the Human Resources department, and in particular the knowledge and skills that you will require as Human Resource Personnel, working under whatever circumstances, to fulfil this demanding yet rewarding role. The Human Resources Diploma consists of six modules, each of which relate to a particular aspect that is important and relevant to the work of the HR Personnel.

A successful business is one that effectively and efficiently manages its resources, to provide a service or product that exceeds the expectations of its customers. Its resources are materials, equipment, facilities and human, and by far the most important of these are its human resources, or employees.

The Psychology Diploma has been written by resident psychologist/parapsychologist on the television show Most Haunted.

If you have ever wondered why people do the things they do, then the Psychology Diploma is for you! Psychology is the study of mind and behaviour and so in this course you will discover how psychologists have come a long way in understanding human behaviour and the mental processes that underlie our actions.

Please be aware that you will need to carry out additional research in order to receive the Diploma upon completion. This aspect has been included in order to improve the learner’s research skills.


No Previous Knowledge Required

You are free to start your course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 12 months from initial enrolment with full tutor support. There are no restrictions to enroling onto this course.

Assessment
