This Level 2 Awarded programme has been written for anyone within the workplace and is specifically designed to apply a proactive approach to personal safety and conflict resolution.


Course Description

This programme is divided into four modules, each concentrating on an important aspect of conflict resolution in the workplace. The course will provide common sense advice for anyone who may have concerns about their personal safety within a social environment. This Conflict Resolution in the Workplace course programme aims to increase your ability to handle aggressive and challenging behaviour, thereby ensuring your or your staffs personal safety, whilst carrying out everyday work duties.

This aim is further emphasised, by offering advice and an understanding in a range of practical safety issues that can be used to develop individual strategies to improve their personal safety in a variety if situations.

By completing the Conflict Resolution in the Workplace programme, you will increase your knowledge and understanding of a range of personal safety issues and become aware of some of the practical and legal issues surrounding violence encountered in the workplace and how this can impact upon your personal safety.

No Previous Knowledge Required

No prior learning knowledge or experience is essential to take this course study. This course is open and available to anyone wishing to learn more about Conflict Resolution in the Workplace and would like to take part in a highly rewarding homestudy course. You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for up to 12 months from first enrolment with full tutor support.

Assessment
