The Alexander Technique teaches us to recognize and change bad body posture habits that interfere with our physical and mental functioning. For many reasons we all develop bad habitual movement patterns. This course gives detailed instructions in many aspects of relaxation therapy. It is quite unique in its in-depth approach to the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual areas of our life.

This course provides training for all those wishing to develop, or pursue, a new career in relaxation therapy. A lesson in the Alexander Technique will usually produce an immediate feeling of well-being in all who practice it. The Alexander Technique can provide us with a practical way to explore our faulty unconscious habits to considerably improve all our lives.

Upon finishing this course you will be a profoundly calmer and more of an in control person with in-depth knowledge of deep relaxation techniques for yourself and for the correct application with your clients.

    This course is a correspondence/theory based home study course. For those who wish to advance their level of knowledge and ‘practical’ hands on experience in this subject we have additional/supplementary workshops that are available periodically throughout the year at a further cost.
